Import variable wage components

To avoid manual data entry you can also import your variable wage components.

After you created the import of your changes it works exactly the same as variabele wage components you enter and sent directly in the online portal.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Create a new line of variable wage components;
2. Select the wage components and/or create a filter;
3. Click on "export", the file you export is an excel file;
4. Enter the values, please note: negative values should be entered with a minus sign (-) in front;
5. Go back tot the variabele wage components of step 1 and click "import"
6. After the import you can still amend the variable components directly online;
7. Submit.
