What are the payment options?
There are three ways to pay the invoice: iDEAL, credit card, and bank transfer.
Can I pay annually?
Absolutely. If you choose to pay annually, the first two months are free.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes, you can always indicate before the start of your new term whether you want a higher or lower bundle. Please note: you will not be refunded for a downgrade. If you pay annually, you will receive an extra invoice for the remaining months.
Which subscription should I choose?
You can choose between a standalone subscription or a subscription inclusive of an integration. Every subscription includes 1.000 active employees. When you have more active employees you can add a bundle of 1.000 extra at 10ct per active employee. For extra active employees you pay from 15ct per additional active employee.
I have several Nmbrs environments. What do I do?
That's no problem, you simply link per environment. We see that as one subscription with eveHRyday.
Why is there no integration to my payroll software?
If you do not use a payroll system to which we have an integration, you can choose basic. This is our database version. In this version, changes are sent to the payroll administrator by e-mail.
