Variable changes, also known as one-off transactions, are used to pass on the monthly variables, such as hours and days worked, office days, travel expenses, and bonuses. This also includes other hours, such as bonus hours, overtime, and consignment hours, for those without a time registration system.
Most one-time changes are registered in the current payment month. You might also want to prepare changes for an upcoming period or enter bonuses retroactively in a specific period. You can choose the change period.
Most companies have one-time changes that recur each period (standard) and one-off changes that do not recur each period. You can set up eveHRyday so that standard codes are automatically included in your change list and other codes can be selected periodically as you need them.
You can activate a change list for a specific period and then fill it throughout that period. Until it's complete, you can save it as a draft. The changes will be forwarded as an e-mail attachment to payroll administration as soon as you send them. Online you can see which changes were registered by which user in which period.
