What does the eveHRyday app mean for me as an employee?

Access to eveHRyday

eveHRyday is accessible from your desktop (app.evehryday.com/ess) or via an app (preferred) on your mobile phone. Click the icons below to download the app for your operating system.

Log in

After installing the app, go to the app to log in. The eveHRyday app automatically recognizes your registered email address. If both a business and a personal address are registered, both will work.

You must enter your email address, after which you will receive a login link in your inbox. This link logs you in automatically, so no password or activation is required.

You will then remain logged in. If you log in via the desktop, you will have to log in again each time.

 

Multiple employers (or multiple employment relationships)

It's possible that you have multiple employers who also use eveHRyday, or that you have multiple employment relationships within a single employer.

When you log in, the app will recognize this based on your email address. You'll see a button for each employer (or employment relationship) to navigate to the correct environment. To switch between them, simply log out and log back in. Log out by clicking the profile icon at the bottom, then log out at the top right.

 

Functionality

The home screen shows links to your most recent payslips. Other functionality can be found in the icon menu at the bottom. The icons will appear depending on which features your employer has enabled.

Through the app, you can view your personal information, view and download your payslips and your annual statement. If your employer also uploads other documents to the system, such as your employment contract, you can also view and download them there.

 

Employee Self Service (ESS)

With the app, if your employer allows it, you can change your address or bank account number, activate or deactivate your payroll tax credit, and manage your emergency contact.

Your employer will receive a notification for each of these changes and it will appear in the draft changes. Therefore, the employer must first accept the change before it is implemented in, for example, the payroll administration.

Depending on your employer's choice, your colleagues will also be visible in the app, but this is limited to their name and position.

 

Profile image

You can always add or remove a profile photo. You manage this entirely yourself. You can access it by selecting the profile icon at the bottom.

 

Expenses, leave, and absence.

This functionality is not used by all employers. If this can be arranged for you through the app, you will see the corresponding icons at the bottom that will take you to the relevant position.

 

Documents

The app's home page always shows the latest payslips. Other documents and annual statements can be found under the document icon.
