The basic principle is that eveHRyday is used for input and therefore the eveHRyday database is always up to date. However, it may happen that a change is made directly in the payroll software. We therefore need to synchronize with that as well. As soon as you log in to a company in eveHRyday, we will immediately check when the last synchronization took place. If this is longer than 24 hours, synchronization will take place automatically immediately.
Force sync company
As a tenant manager you can intervene manually, go to a company, choose employees in the left menu and then you will see at the top right of your screen when synchronization took place last and also the option to synchronize directly.
Force synchronization for individual employee
It may also happen that a change is necessary for a former, i.e. inactive, employee. We only synchronize inactive employees a few months after the end of their employment and not after that. Sometimes, for example, it is necessary to make some adjustments. You first make this adjustment in the payroll software. Then you search for the employee, use the filter so that you can also find the inactive employees, and then you will see a button at the top right to synchronize this employee.
