Notes are text blocks in which you can add virtually anything, including attachments. When you add a note, it will be visible to all users. Only the user who created the note can edit or delete it.

Go to the employee ID card and click on the button Notes to the right.

Then click on + Add note to open the screen below. Enter your text and any attachments. Then click Create.

If you created multiple notes, they will be listed in descending order by date. Changes made to notes will also be visible here.
