Employee

Employee does not (yet) have a BSN (social security ID)

When an employee does not yet have a BSN, you normally cannot register the employee or submit changes via eveHRyday. The workaround for this is to enter 000000000 (nine zeros) in the BSN field. In Nmbrs Payroll, you will receive an error message regarding this when starting the payroll run; you can then remove the BSN. During the next synchronization, the BSN in eveHRyday will be cleared again, so you will have to repeat the above steps to implement new changes.

I can't report the employee's termination.

If you already have a termination date in the system, you can no longer report the employee's termination. How can I resolve this?

  1. Go to the payroll package and remove the termination date.
  2. Sync eveHRyday (or just the employee).
  3. You can now report the employee's termination via the wizard.

I can't change the email address of an inactive employee.

You can no longer submit changes for inactive employees. The only option is to use the termination wizard to submit information such as leave balances or transition payments.

The only way to do this is to ask your payroll administrator to change the email address in the payroll package and then synchronize the employee in eveHRyday. This will update the email address.
