I cannot submit the document for online signature

If this feature is enabled in the settings, you can submit documents for online signing via eveHRyday (consult your payroll administrator if you cannot adjust this setting yourself).

When adding a document, you have several options:

• Upload document
• Generate document from template
• Generate document from .docx file

If you do not select a .pdf file for the first option, you will not be able to submit the uploaded document for signing. Online signing via Signhost (the external software we have integrated for this functionality) requires us to submit a .pdf file.

With options 2 and 3, a PDF is always automatically created.
