Default employee (Nmbrs)

You can set a default employee on master level.

As an example we have set three defaults on master level.

1. Standard
2. Intern
3. DGA

You can then add a default employee at company level based on one of these settings. Read here in Dutch how this works in Nmbrs. (https://support.nmbrs.nl/hc/nl/articles/204054946-Default-Medewerker)

The order in the dropdown of the new employee form on eveHRyday looks at default employee first at the standard (master level) settings and then those set at company level.

Example, at company level you have set a standard and intern as default. In eveHRyday, the order in the dropdown will be default employee

3. DGA

And after that

1. Standard
2. Intern

You could then also set the 3rd default employee at company level. By adding 3. DGA at company level, the sequence in eveHRyday will look like this

1. Standard
2. Intern
3. DGA
