eveHRyday does not collect car data

We use a connection with the RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority) to retrieve the car data. There may be a delay in releasing this data via the RDW API, meaning that information about cars already registered with the RDW is not yet visible in eveHRyday.

Suggested solutions:

1. Wait a few days and try again.
2. Enter the car directly into the payroll software.

The employee doesn't have a car listed, even though I see it in the payroll package.

If you've already entered a future end date, you won't see a car listed in eveHRyday. Therefore, we recommend only entering the end date when it has actually arrived.
