Change report
Throughout the month, various changes are made, new employees are registered, and departing employees are unregistered. Variable payroll codes are entered, such as bonuses, hours worked, and days worked.
Reviewing the pay run
You can review the pay run using one clear overview of all changes made in a single period. This will show you exactly when a change was entered and by whom.
Generate auditor report
If an audit takes place, you want to be able to generate a change report that shows exactly when a change was made in eveHRyday and by whom. All you have to do is select the desired period, generate a PDF, and forward it to the accountant.
Consult changes
You can review all changes online. Filter your search per period to view all changes for a single employee or all changes for all employees. You can also download the change report as a PDF file.
